Regional Director
Mid tier Search
ASIA based

You will inherit the P and L for a regional network of offices which form the Asia hub of an international mid tier search business. The firm has a sound trading history, unique points of differences with excellent internal methodologies, systems and processes.

In place are multiple teams of consultants and line management and these forms a profitable business unit. The role combines:

1. Providing strategic direction to the staff and managers on a day to day basis

2. Recruit at all levels throughout the region.

3. Training and development

4. Financial management, forecasting, reporting, budgeting and overall management of the P and L.
5. Client interaction, particularly in winning bids and tenders.

6. Interaction and strategic planning with the management team

You will come from a white collar recruitment background ideally you will understand candidate driven markets including the function of research within search. You will have strategically managed a team of min 10 and be looking for multi office management. You will have an eye for numbers and be business savvy. You will have the credibility and energy to inspire a team of talented managers and consultants with the history within this industry to gain their trust and respect.

Lastly you will have a genuine desire / reason to want to work in Asia and will be amenable to the many nuances that the market will present to you
