Brief Details:
Hays City was set up in March 2007 to act as a "One Hays" solution with the ability to supply cross-branded recruitment solutions to all financial services companies. Client base includes investment banks, retail banks and investment managers in Central London. The business is already in great shape with a highly experienced team (circa 120 heads). Over the next twelve months this will continue to grow within our premium offices next to Moorgate station. To date, we have merged in many different Hays disciplines, but also added some new successful niches. Against this backdrop, we have identified the £100k + space as an area where there is huge potential. Growth of this team is absolutely pivotal to our revenue and branding plans during financial year 08/09 the business opportunities to this team are vast. As such, we have the opportunity for an experienced senior level / search recruiter to operate within the Risk & Compliance £100k plus market.

Job Description:
You will be working within a team of 6 Senior Appointments recruiters across the business, but sit with a team of up to 7 risk & compliance consultants who you will work with to leverage business. Our client list and contacts are vast and in many cases "opening doors" will be relatively straightforward.

Key Skills:
The ideal individual will have proven background growing a new business, search and or high-level recruitment, ideally with a sound knowledge of the financial services market place. Obvious gravitas, personal sales ability and entrepreneurial flair will be key. This is a great opportunity for a talented and driven individual to set up and create something totally new.
