An exciting brand, Hays City was set-up a year ago, it was formed to act as a "One Hays" solution with the ability to supply cross-branded recruitment solutions to all financial services companies (including investment banks, retail banks, investment managers) in Central London. The business is already in great shape with a highly experienced team we are now in phase two of our growth plans. Instrumental to our growth plans, is a requirement to strengthen our client facing Human Resources team by adding a Senior Interims Consultants you will be based from our premium offices next to Moorgate station. You will support and develop from working in a highly experienced and successful team by setting up and developing this section of the market.
 
A new recruitment desk is being set up in Hays City Finance.  In the last 2 years there has been an influx of Management Information (MI) Reporting jobs as the banks are seeking to optimise their performance.  These roles can be spread across Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, Projects and Risk.  This is a niche market where historically the roles have been difficult to fill.  MI roles have typically been spread across a number of disciplines and as a result identifying a suitable recruiter has been the biggest challenge.  We want to eliminate this by offering a Solution to MI hires.  Hays City has the infrastructure and close networks across all 6 disciplines to allow us to leverage off key business contact.  We aim to set ourselves apart from the competition and be recognised within our clients as leaders in MI recruitment.

 
Job Description:
Responsibilities to include: - 

- Candidate Generation
- Fully utilising database, internal and external advertising
- Developing candidate referrals
- Attend candidate events
- Working candidates
- Job searches across all 16 internal office networks
- Enlist on "hot candidate boards"
- Canvass Key Accounts clients
- Create Web Adverts, E-shots and Mailings
- Attend candidate events
- Business development 
- Canvassing / Cold Calling
- Regular client development thru client visits and promotions
- Identifying suitable clients
- Working jobs
- Advertising on suitable jobs boards,
- Finding suitable candidates
- Growing the Brand
- Internal and external promotions
- Client events
- Client meetings  
Additional Information:
You will need to have excellent rapport building skills, a pro-active approach and an ability to think on your feet. You will be rewarded highly for strong performance.
