The Person
You will ideally need to be degree educated with some previous recruitment experience, preferably in Finance. You will need to demonstrate a good understanding of what recruitment involves and have a track record of achievement. The ideal candidate will be driven and hungry to make money, competitive, ambitious, upbeat, and be able to think on their feet. Will look at cross training and consider candidates doing perm recruitment who want to move to temps.

Our client is an independent consultancy based in the city specialising in the Professional Services market. As a very established business they work with a number of blue chip financial institutions and have numerous PSL agreements in place. A team of experienced and dedicated professionals have built up a fantastic reputation with their long standing client base. The culture is quite relaxed, yet very professional, and quality focused and getting it right is crucial. They have a supportive management team in place and can offer trainee consultants a dedicated and thorough training and development programme.
The Roles
Two fabulous opportunities exist, to work within two expanding sectors, one on Financial Services/Insurance Temps Division and secondly on the Finance Commerce Temps Division. The FS and Insurance division have an excellent track record and reputation in their market but the temp offering is a new area. This role therefore requires someone who is resilient, a self starter and who possibly has management aspirations. You will be working with other brands and the permanent team to leverage off very strong relationships and will be very visible at senior levels within the group. The other opportunity is to join the Finance Commerce Temp team and work in vertical markets i.e. media, FMCG, technology. They are preferred suppliers to some of the progressive brands in the industry. You will be working as part of a strong temp team and will be given a warm desk. However you will need to be someone who can open doors' as well as manage existing business.
