This world renown name in Financial Services recruitment is actively looking for a new manager to head up their Finance and Professional Services group.
You will be managing recruitment consultancy sales and delivery activity across twelve revenue producing staff within Finance, Risk, Operations & Consulting. The team is involved in creating candidate resourcing propositions across the disciplines they cover.
You will be relied upon to deliver against an established business plan developed in conjunction with the Managing Director, an on-going training & development program for staff to further market knowledge and understanding, Conducting Staff appraisal and development counseling, achieving set revenue targets and Business Development objectives.
You should ideally have 2-4 years experience minimum in managing staff in a similar environment. In return, you will be rewarded with excellent career opportunities, lucrative incentives including personal & team bonus.
