Working for one of the worlds leading Investment Banks,this role represents an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced Banking Recruitment Consultant looking for a new challenge.My client has an established internal recruitment team and an excellent direct resource proposition.
Internal Recruiter Job Description
Within this role you will be expected to use various techniques, to encompass sourcing, recruiting, candidate qualification, interviews, offer creation, internal transfers..
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Key stakeholder relationships in addition to managing 3rd party PSL agencies.
Strong Recruitment background
Previous onsite recruitment experience would be beneficial.However my client will consider applicants direct from agency with an outstanding level of experience.
Must have excellent key stakeholder management and engagement skills
Wide breadth of candidate sourcing and pipelining techniques
Employer branding and candidate experience
Compiling enticing and engaging adverts on niche sector vertical sites and generic job boards
Networking & Lead-chaining activity
