Our client is a successful owner managed recruitment consultancy which provides high quality recruitment solutions to Financial Institutions in the City. It operates in a number of specialist sectors including Corporate Banking, Structured Finance and Risk. Offering its clients and candidates a consultative and relationship based service; it has an excellent reputation in its recruitment markets.
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruitment consultant to take over a live desk which concentrates on Market Risk and Quantitative Analysis. The desk currently operates across all area within these sectors and boasts an existing client base including a number of productive, high profile PSL accounts.
To be of interest you must be an experienced recruitment consultant with either experience within Risk recruitment or have a broader experience across Banking and Financial Services recruitment.
The company is very friendly and there are no politics. You will be left to your own devices as an experienced recruitment consultant but there will always be support on hand if needed.
The package is very generous, the base salary is in the region of £45k and the personal commission structure allows you to earn up to 50% of your billings
