The Role
In the role of Recruitment Consultant you will work in and take ownership of an industry sector. Your desk will consist of an even split of new and existing business with a 70/30 client/candidate split.
Specific responsibilities will include:
. Managing existing client relationships with the aim of being the number one supplier to each account that you own
. Forging new client relationships within your industry sector with the aim of achieving maximum market penetration in your industry
. Providing end-to-end recruitment services to your accounts with the assistance of our candidate delivery team
. Overall accountability for the growth of your market
To secure this role you should have the following:
. 2 - 4 years of recruitment experience (IT recruitment experience not essential)
. A proven track record of successful billing and client development . Exceptional presentation, communication, influencing and negotiation skills
. An eye for detail, with the ability and desire to thoroughly qualify all opportunities
. A competitive nature, with a strong desire to be a leader within our business

For individuals that require sponsorship as a rule of thumb you will require 12 months current work experience in recruitment and hold a recognized degree or five years current relevant recruitment experience with no degree.
