My client is the market leading Secretarial Recruiter in the UK, and are currently looking for consultants for their rapidly expanding team in Bristol.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a biller in any sector, and will show an ability and determination to meet revenue targets. However, the role is very autonomous and there is no micro-management: you are very much left to get on with it and run your desk the way you see fit to make money!

Remuneration is exceptional: in addition to a great basic salary, you will benefit from a market leading commission scheme. Your earnings are uncapped, and the bonus/ scheme is completely transparent and non-disretionary. You will also be able to earn loads of other incentives. High performing consultants in the past have been awarded all expenses paid ski trips, holidays in Las Vegas, weekends away in country spas etc.
