Our client is a top tier SME recruitment agency based in luxury offices in Dublin City Centre. The role will involve working with an experienced and successful team of commercial and office support recruiters to further build and generate relationships with clients as well as creatively sourcing and accessing new candidates. This desk is one of the busiest in the business, but needless to say it has potential for much further development.
In order to make your mark in the business and the market place, you will have unrivalled access to databases and experienced staff providing the necessary tools and support network for you to hit the ground running and be successful from the off.
Those that are able to demonstrate an ability to build rapport and trust along with a proven track record of working in a sales driven environment will be ideal for this role. In order to be considered, you must have at least one year's experience of recruiting into a related field as well as a consistent background of hitting targets and business development.
