A Dublin based recruitment consultancy is actively seeking to hire a commercial temps recruiter to join their experienced and busy temps team. Based in luxury offices in the city centre, our client offers the chance to work within a mature and energetic office environment.
They are renowned in the Irish market for their commitment to high standards of both work and delivery. Following year on year growth, this consultancy is ideally placed for further expansion into the marketplace and particularly the competitive commercial temps sector.
The role will involve taking responsibility for the further development of the desk, and as such you must be an experienced and talented temps recruiter with a background in the commercial recruitment sector. You must be able to rapidly build trust and rapport with both clients and candidates in order to be successful. You will be joining an established and creative team of recruiters and as such you will be provided with the support structure needed for you to hit the ground running.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have at least one year's recruitment experience with a significant portion of this spent working within the temps environment. You must be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully generating and building working relationships in previous roles as well as a desire to make your mark within the business.
Hard work is a must to succeed in the highly competitive market, however it will be generously rewarded with an excellent package and a strong career path. Base salary is above industry norms with a lucrative commission structure. Benefits include car allowance, fully expensed mobile phone and gym membership.
