Job Description

Trillium Associates Ltd are a Construction Recruitment Agency with a combined 25 years recruitment experience. Utilising this knowledge we have an excellent understanding of our clients and candidates needs and can offer a professional and effective recruitment service.

Due to expansion, we have created roles for two more Recruitment Consultants / Senior Recruitment Consultants. You'll move into warm desks, and be expected to capitalize on the current relationships, while developing new revenue sources.

A key area of your time will be spent on candidate attraction, through advertising, database, networking and search techniques.

While ongoing training & mentoring is available, you will already be capable of liaising at all levels, needing at least 2 years proven Recruitment exp (ideally Construction/Engineering Sectors), to have the requisite skills to deliver results.

This is an ambitious company, seeking like-minded individuals who still have something to strive for.
