Due to the ever increasing workload and growing client base our client is now expanding the Key Account team. This fantastic role will focus predominantly on visits to existing national and local clients within the Construction and Building Industry in the Midlands and South West region, working very closely with consultants in the network branches to maximise on potential business.
The Key Accounts Team has just restructured to allow more time for local visits and building stronger relationships with selected clients. Much of the paperwork element of the role has been reallocated within the Team to allow as much time as possible for the Business Development Manager to be developing the clients.
To qualify for this role you will have the following attributes;
· An accomplished business developer you will ideally possess regional to board level account management experience and you will have interfaced with senior level clients.
· Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a professional presentation style are essential to the position.
· You must have the ability to fully network a client organisation, be diligent with report writing and be confident in selling trades and technical Permanent and Freelance products.
· You must have upwards of two years experience working on a Permanent or Freelance desk, with preferably 1 years experience at Senior or Team Leader level.
· You will also be involved in meeting with clients, conducting reviews and identifying new business opportunities with existing clients to increase our clients market share
This is an exciting opportunity to use your recruitment skills to manage, develop and maintain Key Clients. Naturally the successful individual must be happy to travel in line with the needs of the business.
This role offers an excellent basic salary package with monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses as well as Car/Car allowance, mobile phone, lap top, contributory pension plus 23 days holiday.
