Recruitment Consultant - Construction
Dublin, Ireland
Base salary neg. depending on experience - OTE uncapped + Benefits.

A leading Irish recruitment consultancy based within Dublin 4 requires an experienced and talented construction recruiter to join their busy and rapidly expanding desk in this sector. This consultancy has an excellent reputation within the market place for both their market knowledge and their understanding of client and candidate needs.

The role will involve taking over a warm desk, focussing on both the Irish and London construction markets. Our client is already well established within the market sector and as such, they are able to provide the successful candidate with unrivalled access to both clients and candidates.

To be successful and make the most of the tools to hand, you must be a motivated and creative individual, used to going the extra mile to make your mark in both the business and the market place. You must be able to rapidly build and maintain rapport in all your dealings to be able to stand out from the crowd in this competitive market place.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have at least one year's recruitment experience in the recruitment industry, with a significant amount of this spent recruiting into the construction markets. For this role, technical and engineering backgrounds will also be considered.
