Ideal candidates will have:
At least two years solid experience in the Commercial Services recruitment sector
A proven track record of Business Development
An exceptional sales background
Excellent client relationship building at corporate level
Working with the specialist office support team you will have autonomy to manage your own section and will be given full support and training to achieve your best. You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary, excellent commission scheme and benefits all reflected in the low staff turnover. For the right candidate there is the option to fast track to management.
Working in central London in state of the art offices, you will be rewarded with an above market rate base salary and uncapped commission.
