Job Description
Job Purpose
To be responsible for total delivery into a defined account across the UK.
Responsibilities
„X Manage a team that consists of Resourcers and Account Managers.
„X Liaison with, and selling complex solutions to, specified accounts at a strategic level
„X Overall accountability for team targets.
„X Compilation of statistics for both internal and external use.
„X Adhere to my clients mission statement and instil the same ethos in those working for them.
„X To thoroughly understand and be able to sell my clients range of product offerings through formal presentations and less formal sales methods
„X To consolidate the efforts of the account teams by networking thoroughly into core client sites and related sites.
„X To be driven by high level delivery and concerned with quality and therefore long-term business.
„X Spend a high proportion of time on site with clients/contractors.
„X Have a flexible approach to solution providing.
„X Provide concise information to the Account Managers allowing them to achieve maximum delivery
„X To be capable of focused self management.
„X To be able to manage the day to day efforts of the account teams
„X To portray my client in the best possible light.
„X Maintaining Client and Applicant records to the standards laid down by the Employment Agencies Act, the Quality Management System and the Contractor administration process manual.
Person Specification
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes
„X Demonstrable track record of managing people
„X Thorough understanding of the IT marketplace
„X Good understanding of clients¡¦ market sector & knowledge of competitors.
„X Good technical knowledge within a specific market (e.g. banking, consultancies, software providers).
„X Good reasoning skills and ability to make sound judgements
„X Excellent client facing and interpersonal skills
„X Ability to conduct formal presentations.
„X Strong negotiation skills and problem solving skills.
„X Ability to project professionalism and personality on the phone and face to face.
„X Ability to network within large client sites and build structures.
„X Empathy with clients¡¦ goals and objectives - be proactive in meeting these and developing ways of increasing my clients presence and clients success.
Qualification: Graduate level education
Experience: At least 10 years experience in IT recruitment, customer focused role.
Personal Profile
A good people manager with an intricate understanding of contractor/permanent delivery and recruitment staffing solutions. The ideal candidate must be able to liaise at a high level with clients and must be positive, decisive, driven and forward thinking.
