Our client is a specialist IT recruitment consultancy that provides a variety of IT recruitment services to clients including SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, etc. They have been established for over 15 years and they a very successful track record of achievement in all areas of their business services.
They are currently seeking IT recruitment consultants to join their growing team. The ideal recruitment consultant will have experience within IT recruitment but experienced recruitment consultants from other disciplines will also be considered, as long as you do have some recruitment experience. You will be tasked with performing the full recruitment cycle, from sales and business development to sourcing and interviewing candidates and filling the contracts. This is a warm desk so you will have the ability to work on active accounts/roles/contracts.
They types recruitment consultants that would suit the business include business minded professionals who really have the ambition and desire to do well. The environment is relaxed in that people work in a very autonomous style; however there are Team Managers available to advise when needed.
