Business Development Manager

Our client a major ICT Recruitment Consultancy is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to cover London and surrounding areas. 

You will be repsonsible for developing new relationships with clients, securing PSL status and delivering future promises to recruit. 

There will also be a need to maintain existing relationships with prexisting clients.
This role will enable you to teach and train consultants in client meetings and business development. 

In return our client can offer:

• £23,000 - £30,000 Depending on Experience
• Upto £60K commission in your first year
• Phone, Blackberry and a Car (Golf TDI)

You will need to have a proven sales background ideally in the recruitment industry, or ICT Pharmacutical or Engineering.  Be able to commuincate at all levels and the ability to create rapport over the telephone and face to face.
