A top tier recruitment agency based in the heart of Aberdeen is actively seeking a managing consultant to join their busy and rapidly growing engineering desk. Our client is well established within the technical and engineering markets and as such has an excellent reputation among clients, candidates and staff.
The role will involve the further development of the engineering desk through both the management of the existing portfolio of clients and candidates as well as the day to day management of the team. You will be joining a select group of talented and experienced recruiters - as such you will have all the tools and support necessary to hit the ground running.
In order to be considered for the role you must have at least 18months recruitment experience, with a significant portion of this spent in a management role. You must be able to prove a consistent track record of generating and building relationships and business in previous roles. Whilst a background in engineering is preferred, experience from other related sectors will be considered.
Results through hard work will be rewarded with a generous base salary, a lucrative commission scheme and a number of other company benefits which can include health cover, car allowance, expensed mobile phone and gym membership.
