You will be responsible for building this firms Engineering recruitment Business. This is an opportunity to build and run your own business with the backing and infrastructure of a highly successful existing IT agency. With an initial focus on Permanent White collar placements you will be cross selling into existing clients where possible with a main focus of Business development within new clients. A Significant cash injection has been earmarked for this and the goals are significant from a revenue, profitability and headcount point of view.
The business is an established IT recruitment agency with a reputation for quality, low attrition and a high degree of mentoring, training and support. The management team is highly credible and entrepreneurial and this project with the full hands on support of the MD.
You will have significant experience within the engineering recruitment industry. You will be a lifecycle recruiter with the ability to build a team, and preferably experience of managing a team. Most importantly you will have the entrepreneurial spirit to recognise an opportunity and the drive to make it happen. This organisation is very amenable to hiring talent from outside Australia, they are happy to sponsor and in some cases help with relocation.
