Recruitment Officer- Oil/ Gas

London, UK

£ Based on Experience

Our client is a leading international engineering, project management and construction service provider/ contractor to the oil and gas industry. They currently have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to assist the Recruitment Team with administrative and recruitment duties.

The Role

The position will include, but will not be limited to:

• Updating CV tracker and reviewing CVs
• Replying/ providing feedback to applicants and agencies
• Arranging interviews
• Searching databases
• Interviewing candidates at all levels
• Assisting/ organising recruitment events

 Assisting the decision process and starter paperwork

Requirements

• Recent previous experience in an engineering recruitment agency
• Previous clients included oil & gas companies
• Good interviewing skills
• Understanding of local market including competitors, roles and rates
• Understanding and/ or experience in in-house recruitment

 Excel, Word, PowerPoint
