A top tier recruitment consultancy based in the heart of Dublin, is actively seeking a talented recruiter from either a technical or engineering background to join this busy business sector. Our client has made a name for themselves in this area through a combination of both extensive market knowledge and industry expertise.
On a daily basis, the role will involve the further development of this desk through management of existing relationships and the generation of new ones with both clients and candidates. As such, you must be able to demonstrate an ability to rapidly build rapport and trust with those you deal with.
In order to be successful in this highly competitive market place, the ideal applicant will be used to achieving in a target driven sales environment whilst understanding the value of business relationships and the attention to detail necessary to deliver high standards of results.
To be considered for this role it is necessary to have at least one year's recruitment industry experience with at least a significant part of this spent recruiting into a technical or engineering sector. You will be joining an experienced team of recruiters and therefore the support network is in place for you to hit the ground running.
It is understood in this consultancy that success is a result of both talent and hard work and as such, anyone who demonstrates these attributes will reap the rewards, both in terms of financial remuneration and strong career prospects.
