Our client currently requires an experienced and talented recruitment consultant to join their busy technical/engineering desk. Based in luxury offices in Dublin 2, this role presents a great opportunity to work in a fun and pro-active working environment as well as the chance to make your mark in this competitive sector.
The role will essentially involve the further development of client relationships as well as the sourcing of new candidates for a variety of roles. You must be able to rapidly build rapport and trust for this role, and therefore you must be able to demonstrate a track record of doing so in previous roles.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have at least one year's recruitment industry experience with significant knowledge of the technical/engineering market in Ireland.
This is a highly competitive market, and as such the successful candidate will be highly motivated, dynamic and assertive. Attention to detail is also important, candidates and clients must feel that their needs are understood and their standards will be met.
