THE COMPANY AND THE JOB

You will be working with a large established international organization operating in the staffing industry. This role entails managing a number of large key blue accounts in an onsite internal recruitment capacity, whilst in a managerial position. You will be looking after a portfolio of managers onsite and in all cases you will be ensuring that all SLA's are being adhered to, all systems and processes are being followed with best practice employed. You will be fine tuning all operational infrastructures and working with the management team to implement change thereafter.

The role is client facing with a major account remit that potentially extends regionally. The client base is well entrenched, committed and enviable, within the accounts exists a great deal of opportunity to cross sell other HR products whilst building margins and streamlining the cost base.

More sales driven individuals will also be given the opportunity to work in a BD capacity helping the new business team in their pitches. Our client is extremely well regarded in the HR space, their brand equity is second to none and all of the support systems and structures exist to deliver against their proposals. Being a global business yet relatively young in APAC huge opportunities exist for talented individuals.

 

ABOUT YOU

You will be client facing, smart presentable and able to influence decisions whilst negotiating complex deals. Your attention to detail will be first class and you will have highly astute operational skills whilst still remaining hands on from a commercial perspective, driving sales within major accounts and cutting costs.
