The Role

Based in Chiswick your day will be challenging and varied:

  • Managing the entire recruitment process from taking the initial brief to arranging interviews and handling the job offer
  • Developing new client relationships by means of business development calls and client meetings
  • Growing a portfolio of candidates and managing their aspirations and career search
  • Focussing on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management (CRM)
  • Writing and posting adverts to attract relevant candidates
