Recruitment - Recruitment Accounts Manager - Manufacturing - Leeds

The Package:
Competitive basic salary of 25K plus a car and OTE plus bonus. Holiday entitlement is around 20 days plus many other company incentives.

The Recruitment Brief:
One client is looking for an Account Manager for one of its important branches. This role really is the more you put in the more you get out. You’ll be rewarded with a competitive basic and OTE, plus a car, bonuses and stakeholder pension. You’ll have a solid background of accounts managerial experience with a good overall background of recruitment experience. A non-targeted biller, you will have to be hands on; training, coaching and developing business.

The Person Spec:
The role of an Account Manager involves working on both established accounts and those which are need of further development. Duties will include; placing qualified candidates within employment for assigned clients, maximising revenue, screening candidates for shortlist, support the interview process with feedback and guidance to both parties and ensuring that administration is completed.
Candidates will have to be tenacious, polished and sales focused. Sales exposure is a prerequisite as is the ability to work well within a small team. Bags of energy and enthusiasm are a must to work in this dynamic recruitment environment. You must thrive in a results driven, target orientated environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential as is the ability to multi-task and work to a fast pace.
