THE COMPANY AND THE JOB

After 10 years at the top of their game across the UK, US and Asian energy recruitment markets this business is now moving to the next level opening a number of NEW physical offices in NEW countries across the APAC region. The company still has the same original leaders who are hands on billers and they have grown the company into one of the most reputable boutique exec search firms in their space.

The business currently has a strong, loyal team across 4 global offices where the minimum level of experience is 5yrs so the opportunity exists to be part of a business where everyone really knows their market and what they are doing. They have deep roots across the APAC region and focus predominantly on the senior end of their vertical where fees are high and the mandates are exciting.

What they need now is an experienced Recruitment Manager who can roll their relationships into other countries in the APAC region, establish their brand, establish the physical office, get billing and build the team out.

ABOUT YOU

You will be someone who can roll up their sleeves and get stuck in initially but also able to balance this persona with being the face of a serious executive search brand liaising/rainmaking with C-level individuals. You will need to be independent and self-sufficient initially until you have your team in place and juggle operations, marketing, internal recruitment while also holding a billing target. You will be a strong communicator and a lateral thinker to see opportunities and communicate with the other members of the global team. You will be committed to making this work at all costs especially if you are an equity holder. Market specialisation in the Energy market is a bonus but not essential, it's more about the person and their drive to succeed.
