THE COMPANY AND THE JOB
The firm is a highly successful staffing business with an enviable track record of growth, longevity and a strategically placed suite of offices. Your remit will be to drive the solutions business through established service lines and sales teams into a loyal client base.
Currently in nine locations you will be liaising with office management and sales teams in a cross selling capacity. You will be responsible for reviewing the product offerings and ensuring delivery capability is effective and efficient.
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience in selling staffing solutions to the corporate market with a track record of big ticket wins. You will be capable of immersing yourself amongst sales teams but also presenting multi million deals to blue chip boards. A background in traditional staffing is key; as is a strong product sales experience outside of RPO.
The directors are looking for a push in their solutions business with a view to putting it on a par with the recruitment arm. Many years of successful trading have created a cash rich business and one very prepared to invest in a talented individual able to achieve these goals.
