MD Solution Sales - Recruitment Industry

THE COMPANY AND THE JOB

Whilst Western owned this firm is 100% entrenched in the Asia market with a core focus on the Recruitment / Staffing industry. Following the recent trends in this industry the CEO has been driving the development and growth of a number of solution driven products which have been cross sold into existing customers.

The Asia business will mirror an existing, very successful European business where the solutions arm is highly prevalent in the market with a portfolio of developed and tuned products and a number of excellent reference sites. To lead this growth in Asia the business is looking for an MD to represent the brand which will include driving sales into new and existing customers, tweaking the products in accordance to the market, ensuring the back end / delivery side is fully functional whilst building a sales and support team surrounding you.

The Asian market is there for the taking in terms of RPO and the business is a renowned player in the region with a large database, a well respected brand, and lots of experienced consultants with good tenure and hence roots into HR / senior management, an excellent management team and an entrepreneurial attitude to growth.

ABOUT YOU

You will be accomplished in the RPO / Outsourcing space with a tack record in the field, lots of reference sites and a good understanding of the concept. Ideally you will be a proven leader; you will certainly be credible, highly polished and able to talk business with senior management. This role will be pan regional with the opportunity to base yourself in several Asian countries, regardless of location you will selling through the existing teams and travelling frequently. This makes for a potentially lucrative situation, IE live somewhere where housing is relatively cheap and take advantage of high margins in other parts of the region whilst enjoying excellent tax benefits. The company is very amenable to applicants from overseas however it is imperative that you have a genuine reason to be in Asia and preferably have a prior experience of living / working in the region.
