Your Profile
As a Sales driven Graduate, or someone of Graduate calibre who has gained some solid Sales experience, you are looking for a market leading trainee scheme in the Recruitment Sales market place. The Recruitment Sales industry is the second largest industry in the UK and you will be looking for a role in the recruitment sales industry that will allow you to develop a career with real promotion and earning potential. You are a driven and target focused individual. Ideally you will have worked in a sales environment during your studies or since leaving university and are looking for a role that you can put your mark on. However, graduates who are personable and with tangible proof of their drive and tenacity are also welcome to apply!
The Role
Working for an independent Sales Recruitment specialist in the UK, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and clients through business development, networking and name gathering. You will be interviewing candidates on a face to face basis and selling the services of the organisation to senior managers and directors. As such, you will be confident dealing at any level and demonstrate these strengths on a daily basis.
