Quarterly Bonus Scheme, On track earnings 1st year 45 -50k


The new researcher will sit on the FICC desk, supporting the Credit, Rates, FX and Commodities consultants. They will receive one-on-one training from these consultants, with the aim of becoming a junior consultant themselves within 12 months.

Main responsibilities:

- Using various research methods to source and profile prospective candidates
- Creation of market-maps and organisational charts for specific areas of the industry
- Compilation of long-lists of suitable candidates
- Approaching and meeting target candidates
- Attending client meetings to support consultants

The role requires extensive interaction with senior candidates and clients, and therefore only the highest calibre applicants for the position will be considered. The successful candidate will have an exceptional academic record, and preferably some related work experience.

To be successful in your application you must be:

- Degree educated, with a minimum of a 2:1 from a top tier university
- Bright, enthusiastic, dynamic and energetic
- An excellent communicator with presence and gravitas
- A strong relationship builder and networker
- Organised and analytical in your approach to work
- Ambitious; keen to progress in their career as quickly as possible
