One of Ireland's leading recruitment consultancies is looking for an experienced search and selection consultant to join their rapidly expanding business. Our client is well known in the market place for their excellent standards of service and delivery and as such, they are in a prime position for expansion in the area of executive search.
The role will essentially involve closely working with the directing staff in order to help start and run this new aspect of the consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark in this sector, as well as in the business.
As such, you must have at least two years recruitment experience, with a significant portion of this spent within executive search. A proven record of performance in a sales orientated environment is essential as is the ability to rapidly build trust and rapport. Attention to detail is key, as is a positive mental attitude and extensive industry knowledge.
Hard work will be necessary to make this venture a success and therefore the ideal candidate will be well rewarded with a base salary above industry norms and a lucrative commission scheme. Benefits are generous and can include health cover, car allowance and potential for equity.
