Base to £28k plus package ote £45k
Our client is slightly unusual in their structure. Every part of the recruitment process has a specific division within the business to cater for it. New business is taken care of by the group's directors, candidates are sourced through resourcers and headhunters and a division exists between the two to ensure that candidate and client are brought together in the most efficient and effective way. It is within the latter team that two additional consultants are required. There is no cold calling and no candidate sourcing only the management of vacancies, the interviewing of candidates and the matching of the two. In many ways this role has all of the benefits of recruitment with none of the negatives.
The company itself is a very established agency specifically within the FMCG market. Most of the key players within the their market are retained clients and vacancies are only worked on when clients have committed diary times.
From your side you will need to have a minimum of two years experience within recruitment. Ideally you will come from a professional, candidate driven background. Knowledge of FMCG would be ideal but is not essential however your background should be permanent rather than contract.
