Our team in Manchester (supporting the North West & Yorkshire) has been a key operation in delivering this growth. We are now investing to support and enhance this growth in 2012. This has provided the immediate opportunity for a Resourcer to assist the consultants on the pharma and biotech desk in sourcing candidates from a variety of scientific backgrounds.

An industry sector already presenting positive order volumes, you will have a great foundation to capitalise on. Passionate recruitment ability and credibility within the scientific community will then be crucial to drive these order volumes forward. Your activity and market penetration will be supported by an established desk within Pharmaceutical Manufacture and the support of an experienced team.

As the successful candidate you will present:

• 1 year + experience in a similar role.
• A knowledge of the recruitment process and challenges of recruitment.
• A clear demonstration of success within previous roles.
• An academic or industrial background that provides not only knowledge, but credibility within the scientific sector.
• A passion to not only be a service provider but an active part of the pharmaceutical/biotech community.
