My client has offices across Europe and is part of a global recruitment group delivering solutions on a regional and national basis. They are expanding their operations in Europe and now require someone to establish and manage an office in Switzerland.
You will be given full P&L responsibility and will be instrumental in setting up the office and recruiting a team. You should therefore have previous management experience and experience of a similar start-up operation.
You must have a proven background in either contract or permanent IT recruitment and will be happy to work in a hands-on capacity in a quality driven environment.
As a proven leader with a successful track record you will be passionate about leading and have the ability to motivate and inspire, implementing innovative solutions and providing a strategy for success.
Ideally you will already be living in the region and speak fluent English, French and/or German; however my client is open to anyone wishing to relocate who may have the right mix of experience, attitude and motivation to succeed.
