Managing Consultant
Healthcare Recruitment
Singapore CBD
Package to $250,000 SGD
THE COMPANY AND THE JOB
Ideal Healthcare is an international search firm specializing in the placement of healthcare professionals around the world. Split into distinct niche sectors we are true experts in our field, on an international basis. Our Asian business has gone from strength to strength and to fuel our next phase in growth we are looking to add two managers to our team with responsibility for one new and one existing team.
You will be expected to recruit consultants, induct, train and lead by example. You will be hands on in both a fee earning and a rain making capacity. As a key member of the South East Asian management team you will contribute to the overall strategy of the team including operations, internal recruitment, training and sales. Well documented investment in Asia has led to a boom in healthcare spend and the region is currently experiencing strong demand for local and expat talent in both the vendor and professional side of the industry. As such these roles are key appointments for our company, providing a platform for our next phase of growth.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally you will be in healthcare recruitment; we are also open to talented individuals looking to cross train. You will have a proven track record in team and business building with the ability to offer strategic direction to a group, engage and influence people as well as coaching and mentoring. You will still be keen to manage your own clients as well helping others to win new business. You will have worked in a candidate driven, complex niche market.
