THE COMPANY AND THE JOB

Dynamic individual required to lead professional division(s) of blue chip global recruitment specialist in Singapore, reporting to the Managing Director Asia Pac. Totally P+L responsible you will sit on the board managing key business units across Asia, a headcount of 25 staff with a remit to grow to 40 by year end. This is a prestigious role in a highly regarded staffing firm whose presence is recognised through strong branding and exceptional service. With a stronghold on the global market this firm is heavily financially backed offering security with aggressive and forward thinking growth plans.

On offer is a clear path to a substantial earnings split through guarantees and over ride on success. You be based in Singapore but travel expected to travel throughout APAC as and when required. This is a unique opportunity to join a very secure operation.

You will be a high profile individual with international experience and a high level of expertise within the staffing industry. You will have extensive man management experience with a clear level of authority in the industry. You will be a passionate individual who has grown and managed winning teams.
