The opportunity is to build, lead and grow a small team of IT recruitment consultants across both contract and permanent areas, the role is to lead from the front in terms of business development but also there is a strong element of account management, you will also be managing the consultants kpi's to ensure their success is at the highest level.

Your background will be in IT recruitment ideally with some exposure to people management although the company is also prepared to give you that leader opportunity if you prove yourself over a short period of time. You will be self motivated, passionate about service delivery and wanting to move to a role and company where your rewards and potential will be recognized and rewarded.
