One of Scotland's leading recruitment consultancies requires a talented branch manager for its busy office services desk in the Edinburgh office. Our client has an excellent reputation among both clients and competitors for their high standards and endless knowledge of the market place.
This is a great role for a great candidate - you will be inheriting an established office services desk, covering both temp and perm appointments. You will have a team of nine experienced and down to earth consultants, ensuring that the support network is there as well as a creative and dynamic working environment.
This is a demanding role, but for a determined and hardworking individual with buckets of personality, it is one where you can reap rewards. As such, you must have at least 18months recruitment experience with a significant part of this being within the office services sector.
You must be confident in building and maintaining relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues - you must be able to lead by example and in doing so further the success of your desk and the company brand.
