You will be working for one of the regions most successful consultancies and specifically within that business a highly experienced recruitment director. The organisation is one of the few local' firms committed to hiring talent from abroad and are adept in training ex pats in the various idiosyncrasies of the Hong Kong market. You will be working with and for seasoned recruiters and directors on hand to show the ropes every step of the way.
The business is entrenched in the middle management search market covering a number of disciplines specifically banking, finance and technology. The organisation is highly dynamic, cash rich with some serious growth plans for the Asia regions, this growth and subsequent critical mass will mirror equivalent levels of success enjoyed elsewhere in the world. Opportunities will clearly present themselves for talented individuals.
You will have genuine reason for wanting to move to Asia and ideally some knowledge of that market. You will be amenable to new ideas and concepts and not think you know it all as an already successful consultant: Asia is different. Ideally you will have an existing background in technology either client or candidate side, in either case you should be prepared to work lifecycle in a very client demanding market
