You will be supporting a number of highly successful and experience new business consultants whose remit is to break into PSL accounts and work with develop new business from scratch. Once the door is truly open that is where you will step in with a remit to strategically build the accounts, network with Line managers, build up Agency profile in the account and inevitably source and manage candidates through the interview process.
The organisation is one of the true superstars of the IT recruitment market in recent years with revenues of £40m and 90 staff all generated in 4.5 years. There markets are typically high margin contract and permanent niche IT recruitment with a focus particularly on International.
Your background will be IT recruitment. You will either be a consultant whose had enough of cold calling or a resourcer / account manager looking for a more dynamic environment.
