We are recruiting for a specialist public and not for profit sector niche consultancy based in the West End area of London. Since their foundation they have grown their business on building long-term relationships, approaching their clients with honesty, integrity and delivery.
They are looking for an experienced temporary recruitment consultant with a strong financial or public sector recruitment background to contribute to one of the best interim teams in the market. This is a permanent role and will consist of the management and further development of a warm desk, with a client base of leading, reputable and highly sought after organisations. You will be joining a dynamic and experienced team, and with them you will be responsible for building relationships with new clients and maintaining existing ones immediately.
As an experienced consultant, you will be ensuring a continued reputation for excellence among both candidates and clients and as such, readily contribute to the growth of the business.
You will have been working within the recruitment environment for at least 18 months, specialising in the temporary market. With proven sales ability and a head for building sustainable, long-term business relationships you will have genuine reasons for leaving your present employer and will seek to operate in a career minded role.
