Lead by a strong management team the successful candidate will be responsible for satisfying high service standards whilst creating new opportunities for candidates and clients alike. You will be at the fore front of driving business forward and maintaining excellent client and candidate relationships.
The ideal candidate has at least 18 months experience within public sector interim recruitment, although experience within any professional services sector at corporate level would be considered. However the ability to demonstrate strong business development skills and a desire to succeed are equally important.
Joining a highly professional environment you will be driven to succeed and must be able to work independently while contributing to the overall team effort. You will be given the autonomy to build and manage your desk in order to achieve maximum results and will be given full administrative support ensuring your focus is on billing.
