A market-leading Recruitment Consultancy situated in the Greater Manchester are looking to add a Key Account Coordinator to their highly successful and busy team.
Their impressive success is due to the highly personal and engaging service they provide to their candidates and clients, ensuring excellent relationships are being established and maintained.
They are now looking for a Key Account Coordinator to assist in the co ordination of key accounts and provide administrative support in order to enhance and develop the company's service delivery and quality standards to these clients and the temporary teams.
Responsibilities to include:
- Successfully co ordinate the 2 applicable high volume accounts
- To provide Clients, candidates and temporary applicants with an excellent service.
- Building effective relationships with the clients and understanding their needs
- To behave in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Answering the telephone and greeting visitors in reception - in a friendly and professional manner.
- Interviewing and registering Industrial candidates when required.
- To ensure that the window display is up to date, eye catching, effective and complies with employment law.
- Assembling Registration Packs as required.

This role would ideally suit an experienced recruiter from an industrial background with a focus on quality and delivery as opposed to 'business development'. Career development will be available for the right candidate as well a lucrative bonus structure.
