Recruitment Consultant - Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences
Dublin, Ireland
Base salary neg. depending on experience - OTE uncapped + Benefits.

One of Ireland's most well known recruitment firms requires a talented recruitment consultant for a role in their pharmaceutical and life science sector. This is a vital area of growth for this consultancy and as such it provides a busy and vibrant working environment.

Our client has steadily built their reputation over the years as such are well known for their commitment to understanding both client and candidate needs and therefore high standards of delivery.

The role will essentially focus on the key tools of the recruitment trade - sourcing, generating and networking with both new clients and candidates alike. In order to succeed in this highly competitive market place, you must be able to build rapport and assess the needs of all parties efficiently and accurately through excellent communication and sales skills.

In order to be considered for the position, you must already have at least one year's recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate not only a track record of success, but a determination and passion to further achieve and make you mark both in the business and the industry.

This is a demanding role and as such success and hard work will be well rewarded both in terms of a strong career path and financial remuneration.
