A Dublin based recruitment consultancy has a new requirement for an experienced and dynamic recruitment consultant to join their sales and marketing team. Over the years, our client has established themselves within the Irish market, demonstrating year on year growth and they are now in an ideal position for further expansion.
The role will involve generating new clients and sourcing new candidates along with maintaining existing relationships. You will be inheriting a steady desk and as such you will be expected to hit the ground running, building new relationships and new business.
There will be a support network of experienced and knowledgeable consultants on the team, however to make your mark you must be determined and creative in your approach to building this desk.
A minimum of one year's recruitment experience is required to be considered for this role, with a significant period of time spent within the Irish sales and marketing sector. You must also have a proven track record of generating and maintaining client and candidate relationships in previous roles.
