Job Title: Graduate IT Sales Executive / Trainee Account Manager
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £18k + Incentives and Commission (1st year OTE - 30k, 2nd year OTE - £50k, 3rd year OTE - £80k)

Role:
This leading global IT Software Company is actively seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their expanding team based in London. Experience of IT Sales is not necessary as full training is provided - a truly amazing opportunity! If you have the drive, determination and tenacity to build relationships and win new business, we want to hear from you!
Sales experience is great, however, if you have no previous sales experience - you will be trained
This is a great opportunity for you to work in a fun, fast paced, team environment with one-on-one training and mentoring from our highest producing sales managers on how to identify and close business in the dynamic world of software sales.
Day to day you will generate new accounts by targeted activity, contacting prospects and following up on marketing activity. you will manage all the accounts you bring on and as a new account manager you will be responsible for developing an understanding of you clients needs and selling new products to them.
Requirements:
A minimum 2.1 university degree Sales/results driven and motivated by reward
Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
The ability to listen, learn and adapt quickly
