This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world leader in recruitment with a reputation for quality and professionalism. Having enjoyed phenomenal success within their key markets they are now looking to develop the Human Resources division and require an experienced Consultant to help lead the operation.
Backed by an excellent management team with vast experience, you will be responsible for building proactive and strategic recruitment solutions, the progression of the division and new business development, with the opportunity to recruit and manage a team in the near future.
Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained you will demonstrate a commitment to managing expectations for both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be placing high calibre, senior HR candidates into a varied, corporate client base. Ideally you will possess extensive recruitment experience at a senior level and have an in-depth local knowledge of the HR market. Previous exposure to innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment processes would be advantageous.
In return you will receive an above market rate base salary and a lucrative bonus scheme based on individual and team targets.
