As a Contract Consultant you will be involved in the following: carrying out daily check-ins onsite of temporary staff, attending start of shift meetings, completing return to work interviews, meeting new starters onsite and carrying out briefs, building relationships with line managers, auditing candidates uniforms, conducting candidates surgeries and dealing with candidate issues, conducting appraisals and ensuring feedback is given to candidates on work performance, carrying out exit interviews, holiday organisation and transmission, payroll all candidates working for the client, registering and assessing suitable candidates and carrying out referencing and I.D. checks prior to start, ordering uniforms and ensuring there is enough stocked for new starters, advertising any vacancies online and updating management information daily and weekly. Requirements - This role requires an excellent and confident communicator at all levels and the ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience and have demonstrable account management experience on their CV. The successful person needs to be able to demonstrate truly outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work pro-actively to resolve issues and complaints. Hours - Hours are to be confirmed but flexibility is key as it is probable that 7:00am starts and some evening on-site visits will occur. Hours will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, no weekends.
It is imperative that you have a full UK drivers license.
