My client has offices across Europe and is part of a global recruitment group delivering solutions on a regional and national basis. They are a leading player in IT recruitment, with an instantly recognisable brand image and following year on year success they are now seeking to strengthen their Benelux teams by recruiting an exceptional consultant to operate out of Amsterdam, Utrecht or Rotterdam.
Reporting to the Regional Director you will be responsible for establishing a presence in The Netherlands and will be a key player in building a successful operation in the Dutch market. Although existing business and a small contractor base has already been achieved you will be required to use your market knowledge and contacts to create substantial new business growth.
Happy to work in a hands-on capacity in a quality driven environment the ideal candidate will be a proven leader or someone with the ability and desire to move into a management role. You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record within contract IT recruitment and will have the ability to motivate and inspire, implementing innovative solutions and providing a strategy for success.
Ideally you will already be living in the region and speak fluent Dutch and English; however my client is open to anyone wishing to relocate who may have the right mix of experience, attitude and motivation to succeed.
